张明义,博士,研究员,博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家百千万人才工程入选者,获国务院政府特殊津贴,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才入选者,甘肃省拔尖领军人才。
1999年在兰州大学获学士学位,2007年在中国科学院研究生院(寒区旱区环境与工程研究所)获博士学位。主要从事冻土与寒区工程方面的研究。多次入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。获国家科学技术进步奖-创新团队奖1项、国家技术发明奖二等奖1项、甘肃省科技进步一等奖2项以及全国优秀博士学位论文等多项奖励。
