温智,男,1976年生,内蒙古武川县人,中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院研究员、博导(2012年),中国科学院BR计划入选者(2012年),甘肃省飞天讲座教授(2019年)。任中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院冻土与寒区工程研究室主任,甘肃省力学学会副理事长,《冰川冻土》杂志编委。目前主要从事冻土物理学与寒区工程研究。发表科技论文100余篇,其中SCI和EI收录论文70余篇。
