    裴万胜,1988年生,博士,研究员,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员。主要从事寒区岩土工程方面的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、甘肃省科技重大专项课题、第三次新疆综合科学考察专题等。合作发表SCI论文90余篇、授权国内外发明专利18件(2024年3月数据),获2021年甘肃省科技进步一等奖(2/15)、2023年中国科学院青年科学家奖等。现任北麓河高原冻土工程安全国家野外科学观测研究站副站长,兼任世界青年地球科学家联盟中国委员会(YESChina)执委、中国冰冻圈科学学会青年工作委员会委员、《冰川冻土》青年编委等。
