云南横断山区蜱媒自然疫源性疾病多样性及其空间分布特征研究

In China,Hengduan Mountains is an important geographic belt where the diversity of terrestrial animal species is of the most abundance in Asian areas and many species originated and co-evolved.This study will take small mammals,domestic livestock and local habitants distributed or live within this singular belt as research objects ticks.All kinds of samples from them will be collected at a certain quantity and period.With the aids of field epidemiology,community ecology and laboratory diagnosis,some tick-borne pathogenic agents naturally infected or carried by animals and especially those associated with human diseases in local communities,including Borreliaburgdorferi,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Ehrlichia,spotted fever group rickettsia(SF),tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV),severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV) and Babesia.will be analyzed statistically.We will aim at identification of tick-borne diseases,investigation of hosts,vector,and their spatial distribution,relationship between these diseases and human,and geographic factors influencing hosts and vectors.This study will contribute to better understand the well-known tick-borne diseases and enrich their list if potential or unknown ones as new members are be found.Undoubtedly,diagnostic methods of tick-borne diseases will be established,researchers will be trained and a scientific basis will be laid for predicting and monitor and the border inspection and quarantine these diseases once this study is conducted.
横断山区不仅是中国动物区系的核心地带和关键地区,也是亚洲大陆物种多样性最丰富和多物种分化及起源中心。本研究拟以云南西部横断山区为调查研究的空间范围和尺度,不同地理位置、气候环境和森林植被带分布的蜱类、小型兽类、家畜(牛、马、羊、犬)和居民为研究对象,通过大量现场标本的定量采集,应用现场流行病学、群落生态学、实验室研究等相结合的方法,对其自然感染伯氏疏螺旋体、无形体、埃立克体、斑点热、森林脑炎、新布尼亚病毒、人巴贝西原虫等蜱媒病原体进行检测、研究和统计分析。了解、发现和证实云南西部山地蜱媒疾病、宿主、媒介物种多样性及其空间分布特征,探讨蜱媒疾病与人群、宿主、媒介和地理环境因素间的相互关系,丰富和填补我国已知、可能存在、或发现未知蜱媒疾病的生物学知识和内容。通过该研究,在我省建立蜱媒疾病检测技术平台和培养人才队伍,为蜱媒疾病流行预警、监测、边境检疫提供科学依据,对今后相关疾病的预防控制具有重要
