【英文摘要】Based on remote sensing interpretation, field investigation, mapping, and model experiments, forming mechanism of debris flow induced by break of glacier lake. The results provide parameters and scientific foundation for hazard mitigation in construction of highway, hydropower, water conversancy, and city and town. The study also improves the theory of glacier-lake debris flow. The work includes (1) inventory of 461 glaciers and 131 glacial lakes, and there are 67 debris flow valleys having glaciers; 7 glacial lakes have potential of break and risk assessment is made. An inquiry system is made for glaciers and glacial lakes in the Ranwu-Peilong section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway; a danger division map of 1: 100 000 is also created; (2) a systemic research is made for the processes of lake break, debris flow formation, debris damming, dam break, and dam-break flood. 35 experiments have been conducted and critical conditions are gain for lake break and debris flow forming. Calculation formulas are built for the maximal surface velocity, peak discharge, volumetric concentration, sediment delivery, debris transport, and damming coefficient of debris flow, as well as the flood discharge by break of debris dam. Breakthrough has been made in fundamental theory; (3) a warning system is made for debris flow by glacial-lake break; prevention techniques are proposed for the dam-break debris flow, which improves the level of hazard mitigation.
【中文摘要】通过遥感判读、现场调查、填图、典型点勘测和模型试验,研究冰湖溃决泥石流的形成机制,成果为高山区在公路、水利、水电、城镇建设如何避开或减轻冰湖溃决泥石流的危害提供科学依据和参数,完善和深化冰湖溃决泥石流的基础理论,填补了冰湖溃决泥石流的某些空白。(1)查明了典型段公路沿线分布的冰川461条、冰湖131个,有冰川分布的泥石流沟67条,有潜在溃决危险的冰湖7个等基本资料,对其危险性进行了评判,首次建立川藏公路然乌至培龙段冰川、冰湖、冰湖溃决泥石流资料查询系统,编制了1:10万危险性分区图。(2)系统探讨了从冰湖溃决开始、冰湖溃决泥石流形成、冰湖泥石流坝形成、泥石流坝溃决、溃决洪水演进的5个系列过程,进行了35次试验,建立了冰湖溃决泥石流形成临界判别式、最大表面流速、峰值流量、最大体积比浓度、最大输沙率、泥石流输沙总量、泥石流堵河判定系数的计算公式,以及泥石流堵塞坝溃决洪水洪峰流量计算公式,在基础理论中取得了突破性进展;(3)建立了研究区典型冰湖溃决泥石流溃坝示范性预警系统,系统提出了冰湖溃决、泥石流坝形成与泥石流坝溃决应急防治技术,显著提升了我国对这一特殊灾种的防治技术水平。
