微波技术处理红土矿的应用基础研究

【英文摘要】Using the first principle calculation based on density function theory, the band structure, the density of states and the population probabilities of goethite unit cell were studied. The thermodynamics and kinetics of the system of nickel laterite leached in microwave field were drawed out from the researches of the heat balance of microwave heating system, the directly leaching behaviors in microwave field and the process of roasting in microwave field - leaching. In microwave field, the phase transformation, the leaching behaviors and the effects of process parameters were carefully investigated using advanced analysis techniques, including Atomic Absorption Spectrum, X-Ray Diffraction, Mossbauer Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscope and Electron Spectrum. According the research results, the high efficient and environmental processes for nickel laterite treatment were presented, which included microwave assisted roasting - moderate pressure leaching and microwave assisted roasting- leaching at atmospheric pressure / iron removal by goethite precipitate. The research results (fourteen papers) have been published in related journals, such as Hydrometallurgy, Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China. Four national patents have been applied and three of them have been authorized. Under the support of the project, seven postgraduate students are trained; we attended academic conferences for six times and invited Professor Phillip Mackey, the chief extractive metallurgy scientist of Xstrata Plc, Canada, to give a lecture in our school.
【中文摘要】采用基于第一性原理的密度泛函理论,计算得到了针铁矿晶胞的能带结构、态密度图和针铁矿FeOOH晶胞原子布居数。通过吸收微波能与向外界散失热量平衡、微波场中直接酸浸、微波焙烧-浸出等研究,探索了微波场中红土矿溶出体系的反应热力学和动力学基础问题。采用XRD、SEM、穆斯保尔谱和电子能谱等技术,研究了微波场中红土矿各组分的溶出过程所涉及的工艺参数、红土矿矿物组成物相和赋存状态和溶出物中镍、钴、铁、铝、镁的分布规律,研究了微波处理过程参数对镍浸出的影响。研究了红土矿微波烧结-选择性加压浸出和微波烧结-常压酸浸-针铁矿法除铁的工艺参数和过程机理,为提高微波浸出的效率的关键技术,以实现红土矿的低耗、高效和清洁生产做出有意义的探索。共发表论文14篇(被Sci收录7篇和被Ei收录9篇),其中有三篇文章在美国Hydrometallurgy上发表(影响因子1.78);申请专利技术发明专利4项,已授权3项;项目培养研究生7名,其中博士研究生3人,目前获得学位4人:参加学术会议6次(其中一次国际会议),课题组参会人数10人/次;邀请加拿大超达公司首席冶金科学家菲利普o麦基先生来校讲学。
