A lubricant additive formulation comprising an inorganic composite adapted to favour extreme pressure load bearing properties of the lubricants/fluids when added to it. The extreme pressure lubricant formulations/ compositions comprising said inorganic composite is adapted to fortify the primary function of the lubricant/fluid/grease to keep two metal surfaces apart thus reducing friction and preventing wear and tear and is also set to serve various end use and application in metal working fluids such as cutting fluids, rolling oils besides lubricating greases.
